My background in psychology is informed by psychoanalysis, diagnosis and psychodynamics.
I believe in a holistic and integrative approach that is grounded in a diverse training background and extensive experience in different modalities; - IMAGO therapy, CBT, DBT, Family interventions, Gestalt therapy, hypnotherapy, clinical & neuropsychology assessments and rehabilitation, pain management, forensic individual and family assessments, life coaching, Imago, bereavement and loss, trauma, Transactional analysis, NLP (neurolinguistic programming), eating disorders, substance abuse, mood disorders, play therapy.

I work in an integrative manner, using CBT - cognitive behaviour therapy and solution focused therapy to support clients in developing a sense of self worth and self - acceptance
I work with children form aged 5 onwards and teens.
